Insurance claims, from draft to paid.

AI will draft, submit, and follow up your claims, then match each payment. You approve every claim and pay nothing until the money arrives.

You approve every claim

A claim only reaches the doctor once the practice-side gaps are closed, and nothing is submitted without approval.

The work a billing service does, with you in control.

The claim starts from work already in Microdoc, so nobody has to type it in again.

  1. 1

    Draft

When a procedure is done, Microdoc will prepare the claim from the surgery, the patient's policy, and the clinical documents.

    • Procedure codes mapped for the insurer
    • Evidence attached to the claim
    • Anything missing is named
  2. 2

    Approve

Your secretary closes any gaps first. You then see a claim that is ready to approve.

    • Form and evidence side by side
    • One approval, in one place
  3. 3

    Submit and follow up

Microdoc will submit the approved claim, then chase it until the insurer answers.

    • Each claim's status stays visible
    • Queries come back to the team's inbox
  4. 4

    Get paid and match

When the insurer pays, Microdoc will match the payment to its claims and the patient's account.

    • Withholding tax tracked for each payment
    • Exceptions surface for review

Half the usual rate, in euros.

Questions practices ask first.

When do I pay?
You pay nothing until the money arrives. The fee is charged on what insurers pay.
Is Stripe's fee extra?
No. The 1.5% includes it. VAT is added to the fee.
What does gross mean?
The amount the insurer pays before withholding tax. The fee is worked out on that figure, not on the cash you receive.
Do I have to use it?
No. Claims are optional, and they are charged as a percentage rather than in credits.
